You are already involved in investment transactions or wish to fully specialize in this field.
Richard & Sons is a recognized commercial real estate firm, specialized in city-center assets (occupied or vacant retail units, street-level properties, prime retail locations).
For nearly 25 years, we have been advising private and institutional investors on acquisition, disposal and value-creation strategies across France.
As part of the growth of our Investment Division, we are looking for consultants able to bring an analytical, strategic and performance-driven approach.
Main duties
- Advise private and institutional investors (family offices, REITs, insurance companies, investment funds) on real estate investment strategies.
- Source investment opportunities: occupied or vacant retail units, portfolios and off-market deals.
- Analyze assets: rents, leases, yields, tenant risk and value-creation potential.
- Structure and present investment cases (investment memos, business plans, arbitrage strategies).
- Lead negotiations and support transactions through to completion.
- Build and maintain a strong network of investors and partners (notaries, advisors, banks).

- Experience with retail assets is a strong advantage.
