Reporting to the Director of our main office in the 17th arrondissement, your duty will be to develop a client portfolio from A to Z. You will be responsible for the business process of marketing a property through high value-added steps, from winning over new clients to signing deeds with buyers.
- Identification of key contacts within your area and new client acquisition (sellers and buyers).
- Development of a marketing strategy adapted to the client (assessment of needs, local market research, property appraisal, etc.) and signing the selling mandate.
- Implementation of actions defined with the client, mobilising the pertinent in-house teams in order to maximise the sale potential (modelling the advertisement, photos, etc.)
- Formalities of the property strategy, searching for the property, and helping the client to acquire it.
Dynamic, curious, and persistent. You have excellent people skills and strong power of conviction. You have a taste for competition and enjoy team spirit. You have significant experience in a commercial role and/or real estate, preferably.
